Enjoy Someline: the Colored Puzzle Game of Windows Phone

  

    Windows Phone offers a good time waster of a game for those who enjoy Puzzle games. Someline is an enjoyable Windows Phone puzzle game where you are tasked with linking colors squares by tracing a path between the two. At first sight the game seems easy and predictable, but in the process of playing Someline, you will discover new rules and figures like bicolor square, rainbow path, rotating squares which make the game more and more complicated. The challenge comes into play when your lines cannot share the same path.

    The puzzle game has eight worlds with 120 levels of play with the first two worlds included in the free version. The additional levels are available in two packs (3 levels each) that are available through in-app purchase: the Master pack and the Elite pack.

Small hints for playing the game

     The main rule of the game is that connecting lines cannot share the same path. However, each world has slightly different rules that blur that rule. You have bicolored squares that let your lines share an intersection, rotating squares that re-direct your lines and more. The first few levels of each world will go over the rules of engagement and have available an animated tutorial. Scoring is based on the number of moves and mistakes you make and is reflected by 1-3 stars. As you earn more stars with each completed levels, you qualify for gaming achievements. Game play takes on a slightly casual pace and if you need to redraw a line, just tap on it to shatter it. Should the lines touch in an impermissible manner, both lines will shatter.

    Levels are progressively unlocked and should you find a level that you just cannot sort out, there is a limited number of keys available that will let you skip a level. You can always come back and retry things but this will at least let you advance through the levels without getting stuck.
